Q: How many items are included in a 25kg sack?

A: Most 25kg sacks contain approximately 60–80 items. This figure is an estimate only and may vary depending on the type, size and weight of the garments included.

Q: What condition are the items in?

A: Our Grade A stock is predominantly made up of wearable items suitable for resale. Due to the nature of wholesale clothing and human grading variation, up to 10% of items may fall into Grade B condition.

Q: Can I choose specific brands?

A: No. All sacks are sold as mixed stock and we cannot guarantee specific brands, styles, colours, sizes or quantities.

Q: What brands might I receive?

A: Brands vary depending on the product purchased and the stock available at the time. You may receive a range of UK, US, vintage, surfwear, sportswear and high-street brands. Product images and videos are provided as examples only and are not a guarantee of the contents you will receive.

Q: Are the items new or used?

A: The majority of our stock is pre-owned clothing sourced for resale. Some items may show signs of previous wear and may benefit from light cleaning or preparation before resale.

Q: Will every item be resellable?

A: We aim to supply high-quality stock suitable for resale. However, due to the nature of wholesale clothing, some items may require cleaning, de-bobbling, minor repairs or additional preparation before resale.

Q: Do you inspect every item before dispatch?

A: No. Our wholesale sacks are supplied sealed as received from our suppliers. Unless otherwise stated, we do not open, count, sort, grade or individually inspect the contents before dispatch.

Q: Do you ship throughout the UK?

A: Yes. We ship throughout the UK. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Returns are only accepted in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. As our wholesale sacks are supplied sealed, returns can only be accepted if the sack remains unopened and in its original sealed condition, unless the goods are faulty, damaged in transit or materially different from the product description.

Q: What happens if I open the sack?

A: Once a sack has been opened, we are unable to verify that the contents remain complete and unchanged. For this reason, opened sacks cannot be returned or refunded unless the goods are faulty, damaged in transit or materially different from the product description.

Q: Is this stock suitable for resellers?

A: Yes. Our products are intended for resale and business use. Customers purchasing stock should understand and accept the natural variation that exists within mixed wholesale clothing.
