At RAG Wholesale, we believe in being transparent about the nature of wholesale clothing and ensuring customers understand what they are purchasing before placing an order.
Nature of Our Products
We sell wholesale clothing sacks containing mixed stock sourced for resale.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:
- Items are predominantly pre-owned unless otherwise stated
- Brands, styles, sizes, colours, and item quantities will vary
- We cannot guarantee specific brands, items, or sizes
- Product images are examples only unless otherwise stated
- Resale value will vary depending on the items received and your chosen selling platform
The mixed nature of wholesale clothing is reflected in the pricing of our products.
Returns
Due to the wholesale nature of our products, returns are only accepted in accordance with this policy.
Wholesale Sacks
Due to the nature of our wholesale mixed-stock sacks, all sacks are supplied sealed as received from our overseas suppliers. We do not open, inspect, sort, or alter the contents before dispatch.
To preserve the integrity of the stock and ensure contents remain complete, returns can only be accepted if the sack remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition.
Once a sack has been opened, we are unable to verify that the contents remain complete and unchanged. For this reason, opened sacks cannot be returned or refunded unless the goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from the description provided.
We do not grade, count, sort, quality-check or individually inspect the contents of sealed sacks prior to dispatch.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that opening a sack constitutes acceptance of the goods supplied, except where the goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from their description.
Please note:
- Variations in brands, styles, sizes, colours, and item quantities are not considered faults
- Returned goods must be sent back in the condition received
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in circumstances such as:
- You receive the incorrect order
- Your order arrives significantly damaged in transit
- There is a substantial issue with the goods that was not disclosed in the product description
Where a refund is approved, we may offer:
- A replacement order (where available)
- A partial refund
- A full refund
The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
We do not offer refunds for:
- Minor signs of wear consistent with pre-owned clothing
- Light cleaning requirements
- Personal preference regarding brands, styles, colours, or sizes
- Variations in sack contents
- Resale performance or profit expectations
- Items that do not meet individual customer preferences
Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Return Shipping
Where a return has been agreed, goods must be returned in the condition received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
Business Purchases
The products sold by RAG Wholesale are intended for resale and business use.
By placing an order, customers confirm they are purchasing in the course of business for resale purposes.
Customers acknowledge and accept the inherent variation in mixed clothing stock, including differences in brands, styles, sizes, colours, quantities, and resale value.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK law.
