We sell wholesale clothing sacks and mixed resale stock.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Items are predominantly pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
  • Brands, styles, sizes, colours and item quantities will vary.
  • We cannot guarantee specific brands, items, sizes, colours or quantities.
  • Product images and videos are provided for illustrative purposes only unless otherwise stated.
  • Some items may require light cleaning, laundering or preparation before resale.
  • Resale value, demand and profitability will vary between customers and selling platforms.
  • Variations in stock composition are an inherent characteristic of wholesale mixed clothing.

All wholesale sacks are supplied sealed as received from our suppliers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not open, inspect, count, sort, grade, quality-check or verify the contents of sealed sacks prior to dispatch.

No guarantee is given regarding the presence, quantity, condition or resale value of any particular brand, style, size, colour or item type within a sack.

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the nature of wholesale mixed-stock clothing and accept the inherent variation within such products.

Business Purchases

The products sold by RAG Wholesale are intended for resale and business use only.

By placing an order, customers confirm they are purchasing stock for business, trade or resale purposes.

Customers acknowledge that wholesale mixed-stock clothing contains inherent variation in brands, styles, sizes, colours, quantities and condition and that purchasing decisions are made on this basis.

Where purchases are made for business purposes, certain consumer protections available to private consumers may not apply in the same way.

Customers may be asked to provide business details to verify trade status.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK law.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • In the event an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded.
  • You will receive confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
  • Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
  • In the event of a genuine pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping

All wholesale sacks are supplied sealed as received from our suppliers.

Opening a sealed sack constitutes acceptance of the goods supplied except where the goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from the product description.

Returns will only be considered in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee resale success, profitability or business performance.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
  • We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or loss of anticipated revenue.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
