At RAG Wholesale, I aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring orders are correctly processed and prepared for shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase.
Please note:
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
- During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
- Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
I currently ship throughout the UK.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included within the product price unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
Whilst every effort is made to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of my control, including:
- Courier delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Transport disruptions
- High seasonal demand
- Customs delays
- Port congestion
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be redirected, returned or resent.
Pre-Orders
Where products are sold on a pre-order basis, estimated dispatch dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Pre-order dispatch dates may be affected by supplier delays, shipping schedules, customs clearance, transport disruptions, port congestion or other circumstances outside of my control.
Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible of any significant delays.

- All clothing is sold as wholesale mixed stock.
- Product images and videos are provided for illustrative purposes only unless otherwise stated.
- Brands, styles, sizes, colours and item quantities may vary between sacks.
- Unless otherwise stated, sealed sacks are dispatched as received from suppliers and are not individually opened, counted, sorted or inspected prior to dispatch.
- Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Packaging may vary depending on the size and type of order.
